General Season 10
Spoilers:
We'll definitely see flirtation [between
Rachel and Ross] -- remember that he makes a comment
about what they can call their "next" baby.

I know Aisha Tyler is around until at least the sixth
episode, dating Ross. He will run into an ex-boyfriend
of hers who is extremely jealous. Rumor is they're casting
a surrogate mom for this season. The studio and the
network emphatically deny ... so as usual, the truth
is somehwere in between. Who knows? Maybe Pheebs will
step in again. Did I mention that Jennifer Coolidge
(who's hilarious in Best In Show!) will play a not so
friendly Brit and word is the suits at NBC are looking
to cast a young surrogate mother for Monica and Chandler.

For the 4th episode taped... the title of the episode,
which I am not confirming here, is a subplot but, I
am CERTAIN will become a major plot ploy in the development
of two characters on the show. There will be an incredibly
touching scene between two characters. Ross will appear
in a very funny and physical comedy scene. Something
good happens to Phoebe. Source: Kristin on E!Online
According to FilmJerk.com sources, the married couple
of “Friends”, Monica (Courtney Cox Arquette)
and Chandler (Matthew Perry), is extremely likely to
have a baby this season— through a surrogate mother.
This is borne out by a casting document we were provided
by the source, which is looking for the character. The
birth mother is to be between the ages of 17 and 22,
and the role will appear in at least two unspecified
episodes filmed from October 13 to 17 and January 12
through 16, with possibly a couple of episodes in between.
The producers are looking for the guest star to be great
with comedy. The casting description is used by talent
agents to find the right actress for the part, and casting
directors are sure to be able to find a big name for
the guest slot. In last season's episode 21, Monica
and Chandler went in for a fertility test. They find
out later that they both have fertility problems. For
fans, this plotline is going to be sure to remind them
of a past plotline, in which Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) agrees
to be the surrogate mother of her half-brother and his
wife’s babies. Source: FilmJerk.com
We discover that Rachel and Joey do sleep together
-- and their TV buddies all find out, thanks to some
thin hotel walls in Barbados. The only ones who don't
hear the "action" are Ross and Charlie --
because they are getting busy as well! The "Rachel-Ross-Joey"
love triangle is also said to heat up during the season,
as Rachel decides which friendly guy she ultimately
wants to settle down with. In other more hair-inspired
updates, Us reports that MONICA(Courteney Cox Arquette)
returns with a new look -- cornrows! She and CHANDLER
(Matthew Perry) also still have baby on the brain --
and start considering adoption. And PHOEBE (Lisa Kudrow)
has man problems as well -- as she apparently decides
whether to say "I do" to boyfriend MIKE (Paul
Rudd). Source: Entertainment Tonight
Giovanni Ribisi is going to reprise his role as Phoebe's
brother/surrogate baby's father in October. Also, a
source tells me that Brad Pitt is interested in coming
back for another Friendly romp, but no official talks
yet. Source: Kristin on E!Online
Last things first: ''We don't know how it ends,'' swears
exec producer Kevin S. Bright. ''We have not a clue.''
At least we can tell you how the farewell season begins,
with Joey (Matt LeBlanc) and Rachel (Jennifer Aniston)
adjusting to life as a couple. Explains Bright, ''It's
really focused on how do we make the transition from
being friends into a relationship.'' Not too smoothly,
we're guessing, considering LeBlanc's spin-off won't
include Aniston. Christina Applegate will guest again
as Rachel's selfish little sister, and Aisha Tyler and
Paul Rudd continue to appear as love interests for Ross
(David Schwimmer) and Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow), respectively.
Meanwhile, Monica (Courteney Cox Arquette) and Chandler
(Matthew Perry) pursue the possibility of adoption.
Finally, one mystery will be resolved. ''For the first
time,'' says Bright, ''the rest of the Friends will
actually know what Chandler does for a living.'' Could
we BE any more excited? Source: Entertainment Weekly

FINAL SEASON PREMIERE
'FRIENDS' FINALLY CONNECT THE DOTS WITH ROSS, RACHEL
AND JOEY ROMANTIC HOOKUPS -- In an episode that marks
the Emmy-winning series' final season premiere, romantic
hookups continue to go astray in Barbados as Monica
(Courteney Cox Arquette), Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) and Chandler
(Matthew Perry) overhear Ross (David Schwimmer) kissing
Charlie (guest star Aisha Tyler, "Talk Soup")
while on the room's other wall, they can also eavesdrop
on Joey (Matt LeBlanc) and Rachel (Jennifer Aniston)
as they nuzzle. Elsewhere, Monica styles her hair like
a puffed-up blowfish -- complete with attached seashells
-- while Phoebe arrives back in Manhattan in time to
meet boyfriend Mike (guest star Paul Rudd) to move forward
with their rekindled romance.
Another one:
The early draft of the
season 10 opener has been revealed and I would like
to say I feel it is such an anticlimax. (But aren't
all the season openers). After Joey goes into Rachel's
room, they kiss and lie on the bed but then Rachel stops
and says it doesn't feel right. Then the scene cuts
to Ross saying the same thing to Charlie. There is no
mention of either Ross & Rachel saying it doesn't
feel right because they still have feelings for each
other, it's just obvious that's the reason. I feel this
season is going to be the worst because they have so
many loose ends to tie up in 16 episodes. E.g. the writers
have to get Ross & Rachel back together, Monica
& Chandler have to go through the baby process.
Phoebe has to get married to Mike and they have to prepare
Joey for a spin off. So it's a lot to get done in 16
episodes. But we'll see, after seeing the plot of the
first ep in season 10 it lacks originality and I feel
the last season will too.
Another one:
First off, in the new
TV Guide (the one with Jay Leno on the cover), there's
a small article about Joey... when asked if the announcement
of the show ruins the outcome of the Ross/Rachel/Joey
triangle for season 10, the response (from NBC president
Warren Littlefield, I believe; I didn't purchase the
magazine) is "I don't think it will hurt the final
year of Friends." It's vague, but this response
seems to suggest that Joey does indeed spoil the outcome,
but that it shouldn't affect ratings or hurt the entertainment
value of the last season.
Also, I'm surprised no
one has picked up on this, but a poster at Angel's named
'flimbys' claims to have an excerpt of the 1001 script,
which is called "The One After Joey And Rachel
Kiss." According to this poster, the script excerpt
he/she has does not include anything related to Joey
& Rachel, just scenes of Phoebe & Mike and a
new character named Precious.
'flimbys' also claims
to have a friend in the children's talent agency business
who informed him/her about a casting call for 5-6 year
olds to play the triplets (yes, as in the ones Phoebe
gave birth to ).
And another:
So basically it starts
off with Monica, Chandler and Phoebe in M&C's
room (and remember they all have adjoining rooms and
the walls are
thin) and they hear Ross & Charlie in one room and
Joey & Rachel in
the other. This is a hilarious scene! Ross decideshe
can't do
anything with Charlie until he talks to Joey...so he
goes looking
for him. R&J in the meantime continue to kiss until
Ross knocks on
the door. So Joey "hides" (again very funny)
while Ross and Rachel
talk. After Ross leaves, everyone comes in and confronts
Joey and
Rachel - who ultimtely decide not to do anything until
they talk to
Ross.
In the meantime, Chandler
had been making fun of Monica's big "weird
al" hair so she tells him she is going to the salon
before they
leave Barbados. So the next day, she comes in with corn
rows and
shells braided into her hair - of course Chandler freaks
out and she
talks about how cool the sounds of the shells hitting
each other
are. And Chandler replies with "Entertainment for
the eyes and
ears!" So everyone thinks her hair looks awful
but she likes it.
So then they're on the
plane home...Ross sits w/ Charlie and Rachel
w/ Joey (Phoebe & Mike and C&M) - Ross decides
to talk to Joey, so
he does...and Joey gives Ross the green light to move
forward w/
Charlie but of course doesn't mention anything about
Rachel...(b/c
Ross tells Joey he's such a great person, etc.). So
when Rachel
comes back to her seat, she tells Joey she will have
to tell Ross
herself.
Phoebe and Mike "talk
dirty" to each other - well Mike tries, but
isn't very successful. It's very cute...but then he
tells Phoebe he
has a girlfriend back in NY but promises to break up
with her that
night.
So then....they get back
to NY. Rachel tries to tell Ross but since
he stole so much shampoo from the hotel, its spilled
out all over
his suitcase...so Rachel can't tell him.
Phoebe is at Mike's apt.
waiting for him to come home from the break-
up but the girlfriend (named Precious) comes to the
apt. looking for
Mike. So Phoebe has to break-up with her for Mike. Phoebe
convinces
Precious (who she calls Suzy) that she's too good for
Mike so when
Mike comes home Precious slaps him and leaves...and
Phoebe tells him
he's welcome
So Chandler finally tells
Monica he hates her hair..and she says she
doesn't care because she likes it and he's just jealous.
Then when
she goes to take a shower, when she was dancing around
in the
bathroom (off camera) her hair gets caught on the shower
rod, so
Chandler has to free her.
I'm not going to give
the ending away...its just too good
But I got the endding.
She e-mail it out to a bunch of people and
they posted it on other boards so it's ok to.
Joey/Rachel decide that
Rachel will talk with him in the morning
about it.Joey points out that she can say I'm sorry
in a girlie
voice and use her breast cleave to help get through
the talk with
Ross. They decide to do "nothing" untill then
but after kissing
goodnight on the lips they started making out . Ross
walks in and
Rachel pushes her breast together and say's I'm sorry
in a girlie
voice.

Title: TOW Ross is Fine
The taping for 1002 was indeed on Friday, and some friends
of friends attended. They remarked that the taping ran
until 9:30-ish, which was apparently an earlier than
usual wrap time.
Disclaimer: this is all I know. But
I thought it might tide y'all over until more detailed
spoilers roll in.
The title seems to fit what little they
revealed to me, which was Ross invites Charlie and Joey/Rachel
over for dinner (to prove how FINE Ross is with the
whole thing). Ross gets blazing drunk, goes into the
kitchen, and walks out saying "apparently, I cooked
tater tots".
By the way, I'm pulling for Joey/Rachel
myself, but I'm pretty sure the brief deets my friends
passed on spell out "Ross is supressing his feelings
for Rachel" pretty clearly.
Ross invites Charlie and Joey/Rachel
over for dinner to prove how FINE Ross is with the whole
thing. Ross gets extremely drunk, goes into the kitchen,
and walks out saying "apparently, I cooked tater
tots". The triplets, as well as Frank Jr., appear.
The triplets don't really have any dialogue. This episode
also deals with Monica, Chandler, and the adoption issue.

The One
With Ross's Tan. Ross gets a tan that goes bad. Monica
and Phoebe meet up with an old friend who lived in England,
Amanda (Jennifer Coolidge - American Pie, Legally Blond),
who they really don't like. Joey and Rachel go on their
first real date.
there are,
as usual, 3 substories:
1. Ross's Tan
2. Monica and Phoebe have to meet an old friend they
really dislike named "Amanda" who lived in
England
3. Joey and Rachel go on their first real date
-Ross goes to a tanning
salon to get a tan but he ends up screwing it up completely
-Jennifer Coolidge ("Stifler's Mom" from American
Pie a.k.a. the manicurist from Legally Blond) plays
"Amanda" in this episode
-This episode pretty much shows the answer to the whole
Rachel/Ross or Rachel/Joey question!!!!!
Here's a small bit of
dialogue from one of the scenes (the words are probably
a bit off but you get the general idea)
Monica, Chandler, Ross
sitting in Central Perk
Monica is wearing a miniskirt and her legs are very
tanned
Ross is staring at Monica's legs
Chandler: Stop staring
at my wife's legs. Wait, let me reword that. Stop staring
at your sister's legs!
Ross: (to Monica) Your legs are so tan! I thought you
didn't get any sun at Barbados.
Chandler: She went to one of those spray on tan places
Monica: That was supposed to be a secret!
Chandler: uhh... she went to a surfing competition.
Which she won of course!
Ross: I can't believe you went to one of those tanning
places.
Monica: So! Chandler gets manicures!
Chandler turns red and looks away
Ross: I could use a tan.... and yours came out really
well
Monica: Here's the card to the place I went to
Ross: Thanks. I'm definately going to get a tan.
Chandler: You could also get a miniskirt to show off
your newly tanned legs.
Ross: Do you get colors on your nails? Or just those
french tip things?

10.5: The One Where Rachel's Other Sister Babysits (Unconfirmed)
Airdate: November 2003
09/24 - According to
someone who went to the taping of the episode: Christina
Applegate, who acts as Rachel's sister goes to Rachel
and Joeys place to tell Rachel that she is going
to marry some old guy because he is very, very, very
rich! Rachel talks with her and finally convinces her
that what she wants to do is wrong. Amy dumps the guy
and decides to move in with Rachel and Joey. Joey isn't
very happy with this...she hates Amy. ROSS, RACHEL,
EMMA AND AMY Ross and Rachels babysitter cancels
and Amy volunteers to take care of ELLA (yes, she still
cant get Emmas name right. This drives Ross
crazy
.apart from the fact that he doesnt
want Amy to take care of Emma!) Rachel convinces Ross
that Amy will do a good job and she tells Ross that
this will be very good or Amy. It will be a big step
for her. Later on, Amy walks in Central Perk with Emma,
and guess what?? She pierced Emmas ears!!! Rachel
cant believe this
.she flips out
she
starts screaming at Amy
Then Ross walks in
when
he sees Emma he flips out. He and Rachel start fighting
but finally make up. This was very funny. When Ross
is talking with Rachel and he tells her that he doesn't
like it when Amy calls Emma, Ella. He says that it is
not that hard to remember a 4 letter name. Rachel tells
Ross she likes the name Ella. Then Ross says something
like, okay, we can name our second child Ella. Rachel
looks at him sort f surprised and confused, but Ross
just keeps on talking to distract her. STORYLINE WITH
MIKE AND PHOEBE
.and yes
.ENGAGEMENT Mike
and Phoebe went to a Knocks game for their one-year
anniversary. While they are watching the game, they
see this guy up on the big screen proposing to his girlfriend.
Phoebe thinks this is very tacky. Mike gets very nervous
because that was the way he was about to propose to
Phoebe. He runs up to cancel his proposal. When Phoebe
realizes she ruined Mikes proposal, she gets very
sad because she thinks he wont propose again.
So Monica, who is always getting in other peoples
lives tells Phoebe that SHE should propose to Mike the
same way that he was going to propose to him
up
on the big screen. Phoebe decides to do this but it
all ends awful because the announcer says something
like this: Well, it is obvious who wears the pants
in the family. Mike is very embarrassed because
all the fans start screaming and making fun of him
instead
of awing, like it was supposed to be. They finally decide
to go out to dinner. Phoebe apologizes to Mike and tells
him that she doesnt care how he proposes, not
even if he does something lame like putting the ring
on the cake (he had just done that). But finally he
just decides to tell her on that moment that he wants
to marry her
and
they get engaged. Phoebe
cries. CHANDLER AND MONICA Chandler and Monica need
to send letter of recommendation to the adoption agency.
Joey tells them that he wants to help them write the
letters. Monica reluctantly accepts. Joey doesnt
want to let Monica down so he decides to use a thesaurus
to write the letters. The phrase They are warm
people at hearts, turns out like this_: They
are humid homosapiens at the aorta pump. Joey
thinks this is more sophisticated. When Chandler and
Monica read it, they tell him to write a simpler one.
Joey accepts, but when he finishes the letter, he just
send it to the agency without consulting, Monica and
Chandler first! Chandler quickly calls the agency to
tell them t throw the letter out before they read it,
but it is too late. The lady from the agency tells Chandler
it was very sweet of him to get a child write the letter
because it proves how much they love children. They
think a child (Joey) wrote the letter. Source: FRIENDSIMW

11/03 - The Bings' road
to adoption hits a bump when their social worker realizes
she's been to their place before...as one of Joey's
many dates. Meanwhile, Mike and Phoebe struggle over
donating their wedding fund to a charity other than
themselves.
10/08 - WILL ADOPTED BABY MAKE THREE FOR MONICA AND
CHANDLER -- DESPITE 'JOEY FACTOR'? -- Monica (Courteney
Cox Arquette) and Chandler (Matthew Perry) fuss over
their apartment as they expect a visit from the adoption
worker (as Laura, guest star TBA) who will decide if
they will make suitable parents -- unfortunately, she
horrifies the uptight couple when she confesses that
she was once romanced by a cad named Joey (Matt LeBlanc)
in the same buidling who never returned her calls. Meanwhile,
Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) and Mike (guest star Paul Rudd)
opt for a small wedding and donate the extra money to
a children's charity -- only to demand it all back.
Elsewhere, Ross (David Schwimmer) uses baby Emma to
confront Rachel's (Jennifer Aniston) irrational fear
of swingsets.
09/28 - Phoebe and Mike are planning
their wedding and they decided to just get married at
City Hall and donate the money they would have used
to charity. They go to the offices of "Children
of New York" and they say they want to make a donation.
At first they say it has to be anonymous. The guy at
the front desk ask them if they would like be included
in their newsletter and Mike says something like "A
possible header can be 'Two Genorous People Making the
World Better'" and Phoebe says "Yes, two genorous
people Mr. X and Phoebe Buffay" so the guy who
works at the foundation says they can include their
names if they would like and Mike says no but Phoebe
starts spelling out her last name. They leave feeling
really good about themselves. But then, Phoebe goes
to Monica and Chandler's apartment and Monica tells
Phoebe that she was cleaning and found something she
might like. Monica takes out her wedding vail and gives
it to Phoebe. Phoebe loves it but tells Monica that
she won't be needing it because she's not planning on
wearing a dress at all. Monica says "I told you
I won't come to a naked wedding!!" But Phoebe tells
her that her and Mike donated all their money to a Children's
fund and they plan on getting married at City Hall.
Monica almost has a heart attack and yells "That's
crazy!!!" and Chandler says "Generous"
so Monica says "Crazy Generous!" So Phoebe
says parties aren't for her and that the vail wouldn't
even fit her so she tries it on and when she looks at
herself says it looks stunning on her and now she decides
she DOES want a big wedding! She decides she wants her
money back and Chandler says she can't do that, but
Monica says she can and Monica is really excited because
there will be a big wedding. So, Mike and Phoebe go
back to Children of New York and say they want their
money back. Of course the guy thinks they're crazy and
he makes Phoebe feel bad about asking for it back. But
Phoebe tells him that he's not being fair because she
never had a sweet 16 or a graduation and this big party
is very special to her. Phoebe and Mike leave and then
they go to Central Perk and then they feel bad about
taking the money back so yes... They decide to give
it back, again! They go back to the Children of New
York and tell the same guy that they want to give it
back because they feel guilty. But they're so unsure
about it that they guy says on behalf of the Children
of New York, we can't take your money anymore and now
consider this money a donation from us. He tells Mike
and Phoebe to have a wonderful wedding and they leave.
Monica and Chandler are in the process of adopting!
Their whole storyline was about them waiting for the
social worker to come and interview them. Joey finds
out about the interview and tells Monica and Chandler
that it might be a good idea for him to stop by because
little people knowing a celebrity is a big deal. Joey
leaves and a few hours later the social worker comes.
I think her name was Matty. They sit to have coffee
and start talking. Everything is going well until the
Matty says "I feel like I've been here before.
Is there another couple adopting?" Monica says
"Is it the couple from downstairs?? Because if
it is, then, we should get a baby first because the
guy has tried selling drugs to me!" So, then the
Matty says "Oooh, I remember now! I dated a guy
who lived in these apartments. We had a great night,
said he'd call me back, he never did." So Monica
says "That wouldn't by any chance be Joey Tribbiani?"
And of course the Matty says yes! Now they don't want
Joey to visit them during the interview. But of course
Joey comes and he says before entering the apartment
"Did anyone order a celebrity?" Chandler runs
to the door to stop him from coming in. Matty is intrigued
to know what's going on and Chandler says that it's
just a crazy guy named Bert. Matty says "Well,
is he okay out there by himself?" Chandler says
"No, it's okay he has an older brother watching
out for him... Ernie" Matty says "Bert and
Ernie?" Chandler says "You can't make things
like that up!" Anyway, Joey is now worried that
they're not okay inside so he tries to find a way into
the apartment. He ends up climbing through the back
window but Monica and Chandler notice him and Monica
pulls Matty into the babies room to show her and closes
the door. Joey comes in and Chandler tells him "What
the heck are you doing?" Joey says that he thought
they needed help because he called him Bert and that's
their secret word for danger. Chandler says they don't
have a secret word. Joey says "We don't? Well we
should have one. From now on our secret word is Bert."
Then Monica and Matty come out of the babies room and
Chandler throws Joey to the ground and hides him behind
the sofa. Monica asks Chandler what room they should
see next and Chandler says "Any room that's not
behind this couch!" They both laugh really hard
and Matty is just confused but she doesn't have time
to ask anything because Monica pulls her into their
room. Chandler then tells Joey he has to leave because
he slept with their social worker and never called her
back. Joey says okay and walks out. But then Joey comes
back in because he forgot a bat he was carrying and
at the same time Matty walked out of the room. They're
all just quiet for a minute but then Chandler turns
and says "For the last time! We don't want to be
friends with you! And we do not want to buy your bat!!"
Matty asked Joey what he was doing there and Joey very
smoothly turns the tables around and acts like he's
really depressed because she never called him back.
He leaves the room crying while Matty is trying to apologize,
lol. Then Matty feels bad about Monica and Chandler
watching that but Monica says don't worry that relationships
are hard. Matty tells them they're really nice people
and that they're going to make great parents! So...
They are approved by her!! They are now on a waiting
list to get a baby. Ross picks up Emma at Rachel's.
Rachel asked Ross what they were planning on doing and
Ross says he was going to take her to the park. Rachel
FREAKS out and says "What??!" So it turns
out Rachel had this horrible experience on the swings
when she was little. Her hair got stuck to the swing
and her mom had to cut it off. So she had one side shorter
than the other and that traumatized her for life! Ross
makes fun of her but she reminds him of his fear for
spiders. So then Ross convinces Rachel to go with them
so she can see swings are nice and that Emma will love
them. So now they're at the park and Rachel is all freaked
out. She keeps yelling at Ross to watch out for Emma's
hair and Ross tells her to relax that Emma only has
like 3 hairs. Emma starts swinging and she's very happy
and smiling and laughing so Rachel thinks it's really
cute and wants to swing Emma. Ross says okay and Rachel
tells him to get the camera so he can take a picture.
As Ross is trying to take a picture he says "See.
Swings aren't bad. Look how happy Emma is" and
he keeps moving back and a little boy on the swings
next to Emma knocks him out. Rachel runs to Ross and
he's trying to get up. Anyway, Ross tells Rachel to
get on a swing so she can see how nice they are. She
says "Sure, I'll get on...if you hold a spider"
Ross gets paranoid and starts saying "Where? Where?
Where?" while dancing trying to get the spider
off. Rachel then says "IF you hold a spider!"
So Ross trying to act cool says "Oh yeah, sure!"
Rachel ends up getting on the swing and she likes it
afterall. And Ross held a spider even though at the
end he was knocked out again this time by Rachel because
the spider ended up crawling up to his neck and he was
jumping around trying to take it off and he didn't see
Rachel swinging and she kicked him.
Episode
1008 - The One With The Late Thanksgiving
Air Date: November 20th
Rachel, Joey, Phoebe, and Ross are in the coffee house.
Monica and Chandler come in, and Monica says she has
an announcement. She's not cooking a Thanksgiving dinner
this year. Everyone is sad, and Phoebe tells her that
she should since last year wasn't very good. Monica
asks what she means, and Phoebe tells her why and that
she should try and make this year even better, so she
would be in competition with herself. Monica stands
up and yells that that's her favorite kind of competition,
and she'll do it. Back at Monica and Chandler's, Monica
is cooking dinner, and Chandler tells her that he wants
to help, so she tells him he can make the cranberry
sauce. Then Ross and Joey come in. They have tickets
to the hockey game that day. They have great seats,
and Chandler really wants to go, but he looks at the
time, and it shows that they won't be back in time for
the Thanksgiving dinner. The guys agree, but as they
walk out into the hallway, Joey turns to Ross and says,
"so, we're still going right?", and Joey says,
"of course!" Rachel is at her apartment with
Monica. Phoebe walks in. Monica tells them they need
to go pick up some pies by 4:00, because that's when
dinner is starting. When she leaves, Phoebe asks Rachel
what Emma is doing that day. Rachel asks why and Phoebe
tells her that she enrolled Emma in a baby beauty pageant.
At first, Rachel is mad, but then she finds out that
the prize is $1000, so she agrees but tells her not
to tell Ross. So, Ross and Joey go to the game. There's
just a little funny scene of them there. Meanwhile,
Rachel and Phoebe go to the beauty pageant, and Rachel
says it's really weird that there are all these little
girls here, in panty hose. Rachel tells Phoebe she's
worried because there's a guy over there, and he didn't
come with a baby. Phoebe convinces her that she needs
to stay in the fight, that all the judges said Emma
was prettier than all the other girls. Rachel agrees
to stay. Meanwhile, at Monica and Chandler's, everyone
is 45 minutes late and Monica is really ticked off.
Ro ss and Joey come back just as Phoebe and Rachel arrive.
They are all freaking out, because they're late. So
they decide to come up with an excuse. The first excuse
is that Ross and Joey got mugged, so Joey tares Ross's
shirt. Then, they decide to just tell them that they
thought dinner started at 5. Inside Monica and Chandler's,
Chandler hears people talking outside so he looks through
the peephole. He sees them standing there, and then
he notices that Joey is wearing a big hand like the
ones you get at hockey games. Chandler and Monica get
mad that they went, and are late. They decide not to
let them in for dinner. Rachel knocks on the door and
Monica tells her that they can have dinner by themselves!
So she slips under a small piece of meat for them all
to share. They try to decide who gets the piece, but
then Joey just takes it and eats it. Then, Rachel remembers
she still has the key to the apartment. She gets it
and unlocks the door but Monica has locked the chain.
First, Joey sticks his head through and makes his eyes
really wide and tries to apologize. Monica and Chandler
try to look away but they can't. Everybody sticks their
head through the door. They all apologize. Monica says
she forgives them and she'll let them in as soon as
Phoebe and Rachel go get the pies. Phoebe: "The
pies?" Monica: "Yeah, remember, I told you
to go pick them up." Phoebe: "Oh, we thought
you said prize." She pulls out the prize Emma won
at the beauty pageant. Monica reads the inscription
that says something like "little miss darling".
Rachel puts on a big smile and says "CONGRATULATIONS!"
Monica gets mad and tells them that now, they definitely
can't come in. They all get mad and take their heads
out, but Joey can't get his head out… it's stuck.
They try to get it out by putting oil on the sides of
it, but it doesn't work. The gang is sticking things
down his pants. Monica and Chandler's phone rings, and
Monica goes to answer it. Everyone is trying to get
Joey out. Finally, Chandler decides that he's going
to pull while the oth ers push. They do so, and they
pull the door open and Joey goes flying into a table
full of food. Chandler yells at him saying that Monica
is going to be so mad. As Joey gets up, Monica comes
out, she looks sad. Chandler says, "Look what the
heads did!" (because he called them heads when
they had their heads through the door). Monica says,
"I don't care". Chandler: "Why not?"
Monica: "That was the adoption agency." Chandler:
"Well, what did they say?" Monica: "WE'RE
GETTING A BABY! A woman in Kansas is having a baby,
and she chose us to be the parents!" Everyone hugs,
and cheers. Then at the very end, they are all sitting
around eating Thanksgiving dinner. Rachel gives a toast
to the girl who got knocked up in Ohio.
Episode 1009 - The One With The Birth Mother
Air Date: Januaryth 2004
Basically what happens is Chandler and Monica get called
to Ohio to meet with this lady who wants to interview
them about adopting her baby (she's pregnant with it
now). They meet her, and the interview seems to be going
really well until the lady mentions how great she would
feel if her baby went to them since Monica is a minister
and Chandler a doctor! Instead of saying something,
Monica won't let Chandler correct the situation and
she goes along with it. Erica then asks them how they
would cope with having a baby when they are having such
a time consuming jobs! She asks Monica how her flock
would manage without her... Monica's like "my flock?"
and Chandler kinda whispers in an "omg, I can't
believe you're going with this" kinda way "the
people of your church" Monica answers her something
like "they manage on their own anyway... - then
Erica turns to chandler and asks about him, because
being a doctor must take up a lot of his time, he replies
something like "oh no, not me." So, after
all the lying at the meeting, Erica says she has made
up her mind and wants them to adopt her baby once she's
given birth. The adoption agency tells them to come
back later to fill out the forms! So Chandler and Monica
leave the agency and make their way over to their hotel.
Once there, Chandler starts to feel really guilty about
lying to Erica and tells Monica that when they go back
they will have to confess to Erica that they really
aren't who she thinks they are! He tells Mon that this
lady has a right to know who her baby will be going
to! Monica gets all upset and teary and begs Chandler
to let them do this, as they may never get that chance
again, another baby might not ever come up! He still
says they have to do this and that Erica may still consider
them as they have told her the truth! They hug, and
it's a really sweet moment between them! They go back
to the agency later that day, all prepared to explain
the situation. As they get there and sit at the desk
to talk to Erica, Monica sees a sonogram picture. She
asks if th at's what it is and Erica replies "yes,
it's from last week, I thought you might like to see
it" Chandler is about to say something but Monica
snatches it from Erica and is like "look doctor".
When Chandler can't take anymore he tells Erica that
there has been a mix up and that they aren't who she
thinks they are. When Erica asked to see them for the
interview, they must have mixed up their reference form
numbers because they aren't a minister or doctor. Erica
gets up and looks kinda upset, like I can't believe
you lied to me. Chandler says he hopes she will still
consider them as they came forward and told the truth!
Erica gets up and starts to walk out and she kinda yells
at them... something like "I can't believe you
lied to me, and you think I would trust you with my
baby now" and she storms out leaving Monica and
Chandler standing there. Chandler then runs out in to
the hall to chase Erica! He begs for to listen to him!
Chandler says something like "we did lie to you,
and we're sorry, but no one wants this baby more than
us please just read our files and see what you think!
We're Chandler and Monica Bing and we live in NYC. My
wife's a chef, and I work in advertising!" When
he says that, Erica says how she has read their file
and she actually liked them. He's like you should like
us, no one would love that baby like us. He goes on
to say how the one thing he should be able to give his
wife is a baby and he feels horrible for that. He's
like I know when it's the right time for me I'll learn
to be a great dad, but my wife's already a mother, just
without the baby! This scene is really emotional. You
then see Monica alone in the room all teary and Chandler
walks in, and she has her back to him... and he's like
"You still want that baby?" and she turns
around and runs to him. You can hear her cry and they
give each other a hug!

Episode
10.12: The One Where Rachel Decides (unconfirmed)
Airdate: Winter 2004
11/26 - They wouldn't let us see the previous taping
because supposedly something big happened in it, but
we could infer from the opening scenes of our taping
that Ross was comforting Rachel, and they kissed! There
were two main storylines... Monica and Chandler had
Erica's parents over along with the Gellers for dinner
so everyone could meet. Erica's dad (David Ogden Steirs)
and her mom (some Australian actress I never heard of)
were very snobby who didn't like Erica giving her child
away. Mrs. Geller kept embarassing Monica by telling
stories of her growing up (she once doubled as a bass
drum for the band), and Mr. Geller was having gas problems.
Chandler tried to bond with Erica's dad, but kept focusing
on the fact he was bald. Chandler told Monica he didn't
want to have a bald child, and Monica replied that as
long as he didn't end up as a gay ice dancer like his
grandfather, she would be ok with it. At the end, the
Gellers convince Erica's parents that Monica and Chandler
would make good parents "eventually", and
Erica's parents reluctantly give their blessing. The
other storyline dealt with R&R kissing. Ross goes
to Joey's apartment to talk to him about it while Rachel
talks to Phoebe and Mike in Central Perk. Ross tells
Joey about the kiss and asked if he was ok with it,
and Joey said of course he was. Joey thought it was
mistake to like her in that way in the first place.
So Ross feels ok to tell him that he feels like starting
things up with Rachel again, but isn't sure what Rachel
feels like and doesn't know how to go about asking her.
Meanwhile, Rachel tells Phoebe and Mike about the kiss,
to which Phoebe instantly gets excited that they are
getting back together. Rachel says that she's worried
she gave Ross some bad signals, because she doesn't
want to go down that road again, and that the kiss was
just in an emotional moment. (I have no idea what emotional
moment they are talking about...the producers never
told us either.) So Joey convinces Ross to act on his
true feelings and go ask Rachel to go out again, because
Joey understands what a special woman Rachel is, and
that Ross shouldn't let her go. Just at that moment
Rachel comes back into J&R's apartment and wants
to talk about the kiss. They both start to talk at the
same time and then, of course, Rachel goes first and
tells Ross that she just can't get back together with
Ross. She is worried that if they got together and it
didn't work out this time, that it could permanently
damage the relationship with their child and each other.
When Rachel asks Ross what he thinks, he just nods his
head and agrees with her. They hug, and you can see
the expression on Ross's face that he is NOT ok with
it. Source: friendsfan179 on the WB boards

an unnamed episode that will begin filming December

According to these casting calls, producers are looking
to cast a woman named Ellen, a realtor in Westchester,
and the couple of Eric and Debra, a couple in their
50s who live in a home there. Of course, the most plausible
choice of the "Friends" making the zip code
switch would be Monica and Chandler, who will soon adopt
the child mentioned above. But our sources is not willing

Episode
10.??: The One Where Estelle Dies
Airdate: Spring 2004
12/21 - The One Where Estelle Dies, picks up where
the previous episode (The One With Princess...) leaves
off. Rachel tells everyone that she's moving to Paris
and that LV said that they would help out Ross and Rachel
because of Emma. They'd fly Ross out even. Joey and
Phoebe come in and she tells them. Phoebe is genuinely
happy for her and Joey is upset because of so much change.
Phoebe and Rachel hug, Rachel goes in for one with Joey
and he says no. She latches onto him while he leaves
and he drags her over to his apartment. Monica, Chandler,
Ross, and Phoebe are in the aparment and talk about
how Ross feels about it. He gets the idea to ask Mr.
Zellner to hire Rachel back. Monica points out that
at the Christmas party Zellner called Ross, Ron. Ross
replies, "I didn't say we were brothers!"
Ross goes to talk to Mr. Zellner and convinces him to
hire Rachel back, in exchange Ross says he'll take Zellner's
son, whose name also happens to be Ross and he too is
obsessed with dinosaurs, to the museum at night. Ross
says they'll have the museum all to themselves and that
the boy can touch anything he wants. Quickly, Ross realizes
what that sounds like and he changes his answer to bones,
again realizes what that sounds like and fixes it. Zellner
says he'll hire Rachel back. Back in Rachel and Joey's
apartment, Ross walks in and Rachel tells him that Ralph
Lauren hired her back. Ross acts as if he is suprised.
Rachel says that she didn't take it because when Louis
Vuitton heard they offered her more money, so she's
still going to Paris. Ross goes back to Zellner with
a rare dinosaur egg in exchange for Ralph Lauren hiring
Rachel back. The exchange is made. Rachel accepts this
time and when she brings Emma over to Ross' apartment
she tells him that she did so. She sounds upset so they
talk. She really wanted to go to Paris, she was scared,
but the same scared she felt when she moved to New York
and when she found out she was pregnant with Emma. Ross
understands and he supports her into moving to Paris.
They hug, and its obvious he's torn. Meanwhile, Monica
and Chandler decide to go visit the house next door
to the one that they're buying just to see what it looks
like. While they're there, the real estate agent is
there showing it to another person who may make an offer,
she goes upstairs to get them. Monica is glad that the
house isn't as good as their new home is. The real estate
agent comes down and then a loud "OH. MY. GAWD!"
is heard. Janice is the person looking at the home.
Both Monica and Chandler are unexpectedly surprised.
Janice is excited that they could be neighbors and rushes
out to go make an offer on the house. Monica and Chandler
talk about possibly buying both houses so they wouldn't
have to live next door to Janice. They realize that
it's not practical and begin to worry. Monica leaves
and Chandler stays in the living room of the house and
comes on to Janice in order to make her uncomfortable
so she won't buy the house. It works and Janice leaves,
forgetting her bid on the home. During this Pheobe finds
out that Joey's agent Estelle has passed away. She tells
Monica and Chandler not to tell Joey. Joey comes in
later, upset with Estelle for not getting him any auditions.
Phoebe insists she has a good reason. Phoebe tells Joey
not to move, and that she'll be back. She goes outside
and calls Joey's cell phone and pretends to be Estelle.
Joey fires her. "Rough day for Estelle", Phoebe
says when she hangs up the phone. Later on, Joey gets
a call from Albert Booker, the man who eats paper, who
is also one of Estelle's clients, telling him that Estelle
has died. Joey is upset, and then his phone rings, it's
Phoebe again pretending to be Estelle. Joey is flipped
out, believing that she is calling him from beyond the
grave. The episode ends with Joey speaking at Estelles
funeral and booker eating the eulogy. Source: An anonymous

Episode
10.??: The One Where Rachel Goes To Paris
Airdate: Spring 2004
12/23 - The following spoilers aren't necessarily
in order they will appear in the episode. Like I've
said before, the whole episode is based around Rachels
going away party. She has a special moment (saying goodbye)with
everyone except for Ross. Ross flips out and gose to
her apt and asks her why. She ends up being very upset
that Ross doesn't know why she didn't say goodbye to
him. Rachel tells Ross that it is so hard saying goodbye
to him cause of all the history. When she is about to
leave, Ross kisses her. It's the last scene of the episode.
Ross kisses Rachel and Rachel returns the gesture. It
is assumed that she is still leaving. When Chandler
finds the handcuffs and confronts Monica about them,
she denies it and says there Rachel's. Chandler says
'umm Rachel hand-cuffed, naked. Then Monica says 'Joey's
naked a$$'. Chandler says 'good one'. When saying goodbye
to Monica, Rachel says she learned alot from her. Then,
they started crying and they had a funny moment when
they couldn't understand what was being said cause of
the squeaky voices coming from the both of them. The
baby handler was in Monica's apt when she went into
labor. She didn't even know it until she said at the
dinner table she was having stomach aches every few
mintues. Then Monica realizes she is going into labor.
Funny moment: The baby handler is explaining that she
had the best hamburger and Joey and Phoebe are in the
kitchen. Monica realizes she is in labor and is out
the door with Chandler when Joey stops Chandler and
goes 'hey if you get a minute ask her where she had
the hamburger'. Here is the whole scene starting in
the kitchen at Monica's apt. Rachel says she is going
to get some rest for the big day. Monica asks her if
she is forgeting something. Rachel then says 'yea, Ross
could you send a birthday card to your mom for me?'.
Ross says yeah. Rachel leaves. The gang discuss the
situation and Ross can't believe that he didn't get
a goodbye. The next part is in Ross's apt. He is making
out the birthday card and says to himself 'I'm not doing
this'. He gets a knock on the door and it's Rachel.
He starts out saying he can't understand why he didn't
get a goodbye. Then Rachel explains to him why. He ends
up kissing her. Then she kisses him back. When Rachel
was saying goodbye to Chandler, he says to her that
I love you and will miss you and something about him
pullin jokes on her all the time. Rachel replies you
don't have to say anything and that I love you too.
When they hug, he says too tight too tight and makes
a fart sound with his mouth. Rachel hits him and hugs
him again and he makes the same fart sound again. The
goodbye scene with Phoebe is kinda weird. Phoebe gives
her a cotton swab of her DNA so when the French perfect
the cloning process she can have her own Phoebes. The
game Rachel and Joey play is called 'Heads i win Tails
you lose'. Joey keeps losing. Later on in the episode,
while talking to Ross and Chandler in Monica's apt.,
he can't believe that he lost 157 times to Rachel. He
says "Heads she wins Tails I lose", he acts
like he gets it but then Chandler goes 'what' and Joey
says 'man I forgot to pick up my dry cleaning' You don't
get the hear the goodbye with Joey because they're on
the balcony but the gang is inside talking about how
well Joey is taking it very well and right when Rachel
is coming back inside Joey pretends to jump off the
balcony. Source: SpoilerFix.com's visitor Dariusz
12/22 - The following spoilers aren't necessarily in
order they will appear in the episode. The scene opens
up with Rachel and Joey playing a game deciding if she
should go to Paris. The next scene is Rachel's going
away party. She says goodbye to everyone except for
Ross. Ross gets upset and goes to her apartment. He
ends up kissing Rachel and Rachel returns the gesture
(this is the last scene of the episode). Monica and
Chandler's baby handler goes into labor and they rush
to the hospital. Chandler and Joey are in the bedroom
and Joey has bubble rap around his head. Chandler keeps
hitting him, Ross comes in and does the same. In the
same bedroom, Chandler finds fury hand cuffs and thinks
their Monica's. Monica denies it and they turn up being
Monica's grandmother's. At the end of the episode, Phoebe
helps Joey stuff packing material in his pants and is
instructed to kick Joey. She does and Joey falls to
the floor and says "didn't work".
